Sensei Diane Paulsen is a 2nd degree Black Belt in Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts .  She has been an instructor of children and adults in Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts since 1996; We are a very family oriented Karate Studio, and although there are two locations we are one Dojo.  We advocate discipline in the home as well and all student`s <16 take home a "Best List" where they are accountable for chores and respect.  We believe in Self-defense and the Art of Martial Arts.  We are a true mixed Martial Art but do not train to fight we train to avoid and defend.
